There was a chance that I became interested in 3D printing. Even now, there was a firm perception in interior design, but if you were doing design work in simple client business, the limitations and future are obvious, you need other weapons, and interior construction through simple labor that you felt from your experience in interior work. There was a vague idea that the work would someday be replaced by a machine. I had a desire to solve this problem little by little, starting with the 3D printing business. Instead of working as an interior designer with my seniors, I wanted to walk a different path of my own, and 3D printing became an opportunity.

At the time, I was still interested in UX/UI design, spatial design, coding, and other fields. Everyone in our team couldn’t decide on a field like me or decided to get a job, but we had to go to the military. I didn’t mean to risk everyone. Everyone gathered opinions while tacitly thinking that someday it would be disbanded. Since there is no future for a business that simply prints out, we gathered opinions to try other things and began to think about what we could do with 3D printing.

I majored in space design, and for graduation, I had to do graduation exhibitions and create works. As I am working for a 3D printing company, I vaguely thought that 3D printing would do the model that everyone was worried about. The problem was 3D modeling. I was worried about the 3D modeling work that would come out as output because I had less time to study while concentrating on my department studies while attending school. So I went to find a trick to make modeling easier. The answer I found was to use a developer-made modeling tool for 3D printing. The tool was a program that created a simple cookie-cutter modeling file by uploading a simple image. I uploaded a complex’dominant image’ (called so in my department’s class) that motivated my design and got an incredibly complex modeling file. This completed the graduation exhibition well.
